Book Recommendations: Refugee & Immigrant Heritage Month

June is Immigrant Heritage and Refugee Awareness Month. Fresno County Public Library has an abundance of resources available to help you discover, celebrate, and honor the immense contributions of immigrants and refugees in the United States. It is also an opportunity to learn about immigrant experiences. Ms. Isariya recommends some children’s books that bring to life what it means to be an immigrant and a refugee.
